2. Where are Koozool products shipped from?

All our products are shipped directly from our office in China to customers in the USA. We ensure that every package is securely prepared for a safe and timely delivery.


3. What are the shipping times?

Our shipping process includes both handling and transit times:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Handling Time: 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 7-13 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 10-18 business days depending on customer location

All shipments are free of charge.


4. Can I return a product?

Yes! Koozool accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. Please note:

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • Returns must be in new condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
