We currently ship to all locations within the United States. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Handling Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders are processed promptly upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

4. Transit Time and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Transit Time: 7–14 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–16 business days based on your shipping destination and local postal service performance

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors such as holidays, customs clearance, or remote delivery areas.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no additional delivery charges, regardless of your order size or location within the United States.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.

7. Delays and Lost Packages

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or weather conditions. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us immediately at support@koozool.com for assistance.

8. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Look around the delivery area (porch, mailbox, building lobby, etc.)
  • Contact the carrier directly

9. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to:

  • U.S. territories or international destinations outside the continental USA
